1. Create the page description and content for the clients.
2. Implement the software in clients place.
3. Train the clients on the software.
4. Make them understand the nuances of the product.
5. Give presentation on the software through skype and other video calling softwares.
6. Escalation lead.
1.Should have experience in International customer support
2.Should have excellent communication skills
3.Should be strong in Email Drafting & Live chat
4.Should be flexible working with night shifts
